Moving Beyond Compliance and Reimagining Access

My work in disability justice is grounded in lived experience, clinical training, and a deep belief in collective access and liberation. I approach disability not as a problem to solve, but as a vital part of human diversity, shaped by society, history, and systems of power.

Disability justice isn’t a checklist. It’s a paradigm shift, one that invites us to reimagine how we relate to care, capacity, and each other.

I understand disability justice as deeply intertwined with other liberation movements. My work is informed by and aligned with racial justice, queer and trans justice, immigrant rights, climate justice, reproductive justice, and economic justice. These struggles are not separate. They are interwoven through shared values of interdependence, community care, and resistance to systems that aim to devalue and exclude.

What I Offer

I consult with organizations, institutions, and individuals seeking to move beyond compliance and into more expansive, relational approaches to access and equity. This includes:

  • Disability justice 101 trainings, including historical and contemporary perspectives on disability rights and disability justice

  • Reimagining access in educational or clinical spaces

  • Addressing ableism in policy, culture, and practice

  • Designing accessible and inclusive pedagogy

  • Supporting curriculum development through a disability justice lens

  • Facilitating values-aligned conversations around identity and power

Whether you're revisiting your syllabus, reshaping your institutional policies, or trying to create a culture of access that goes beyond accommodation, I bring a warm, grounded presence and a commitment to moving at the speed of trust.

How I Work

My approach honors bodymind variation, and actively resists perfectionism and productivity as measures of worth. I aim to meet you where you are, gently but clearly, so we can imagine what’s possible together.
